He’s a player in more ways than one…

College junior John Logan can get any girl he wants. For this hockey star, life is a parade of parties and hook-ups, but behind his killer grins and easy-going charm, he hides growing despair about the dead-end road he’ll be forced to walk after graduation. A sexy encounter with freshman Grace Ivers is just the distraction he needs, but when a thoughtless mistake pushes her away, Logan plans to spend his final year proving to her that he’s worth a second chance.

Now he’s going to need to up his game…

After a less than stellar freshman year, Grace is back at Briar University, older, wiser, and so over the arrogant hockey player she nearly handed her V-card to. She’s not a charity case, and she’s not the quiet butterfly she was when they first hooked up. If Logan expects her to roll over and beg like all his other puck bunnies, he can think again. He wants her back? He’ll have to work for it. This time around, she’ll be the one in the driver’s seat…and she plans on driving him wild.

4 out of 5 stars

This gave me all kinds of warm fuzzies! Awesome story!

Loved this! Really great writing and build with wonderful characters. Loved Logan and Grace. Really good details, I loved learning about their pasts, how they met and them coming together. There was a nice amount of angst, some drama, light hearted fun, and a whole heck of a lot of chemistry and hotness.

I felt so much for John Logan while reading. He had my emotions all over the place. So sweet, trying to do the right thing on so many counts. I loved him going from a player to being committed. It was entertaining and he had me chuckling. There were so many emotional moments too and some of it was heartbreaking but it was so worth it in the end. He is awesome! I thought Grace was wonderful too. She was so awkward in the beginning to me, it was nice to see her come out of her shell and become a better version of herself.

I really enjoyed getting more of all the guys, which was great. I'm super interested in Dean’s story because that boy seems like a player so it's going to take someone extra special to tame him. Loved seeing Garrett and Hannah, they're perfect together. I feel like all their personalities add a lot to the story. I didn't really care of Grace's friend at all, I felt sorry for her. There was a decent side story happening there but it didn't really go anywhere.

I thought the ending was really good and liked how everything worked out with Logan's dad though it did wrap up a little too nicely. Loved the epilogue, so sweet! That made me really happy. Definitely an awesome read full of heart and steaminess.
