Wow wow WOW! This sucker was hot hot HOT! This was steamy erotica all the way. Not only that, there was a great story happening too. Awesome read. Hot, naughty fun!
I liked the main characters Channing and Colby, they have a whole instant lust thing happening. It jumps right in, the story and intentions are introduced and we're off. They're fun together, exploring things, and having a good time. You can see their feelings subtly growing in the midst of the sexual exploration for Channing and it was fun watching them fall for each other. There are obstacles, ups and downs, personal things they're dealing with and I like how it all mixes together. I liked Colby's friends Trevor and Edgard as well. There were all kinds of different dynamics happening and I enjoyed watching them play out.
The writing was really good. There's enough character development that you know everyone's deal and it keeps the story moving along. There's a good pace and everything flowed well. I liked the heat, the bits of drama, and the tension. It was a good story and I found it super entertaining. I was in the mood for a hot sexy read and that is exactly what I got. And when I say sexy I mean it is SCORCHING HOT, take a cold shower, fan yourself, holy wow hot. There are lots of different players involved and oh yes, there is ménage. Get ready for a wild sexy time ride!
Long Hard Ride was a totally enjoyable, extremely sexy story with likable characters that was super fun to read. You want naughty and steamy erotica, this is it! I'm looking forward to more of the Rough Rider series.
