I couldn't wait for Jimmy's story, to see how he ticked and to immerse myself in his world. Through Lena's eyes I totally got to do that and it was pretty freaking amazing! I would give LEAD 6 stars if I could!

There was this animosity with an electric connection between Jimmy and Lena right from the start that intrigued me. Lena was awesome, I had a serious girl crush on her. She was a strong, spunky character that doesn't take crap and stands up for herself. I adored how she unconditionally cared for Jimmy.

Jimmy. I can't even begin to tell you how much I love him! Every detail that was learned, everything that unfolded, all the looks, back and forth bickering between him and Lena was perfect. You really got to see who he was and why he was that way. He would have these moments of vulnerability and my heart would just explode for him. He was a great character but sometimes I wanted to throttle him because of his choices and some of the things he said. I know characters grow in stories but his emotional development had me clapping at the end.

I was so involved in these characters interactions and the subtlety of their growing relationship that I didn’t realize that there weren't actually a lot of sexy times. There was this steady build of want and need so it didn't feel like it was missing. Who knew just a look could feel like foreplay. When the hot times happen it is intense and worth the wait.

There were some really fun moments in this story as well. Mal is hysterical and adds the right amount of comic relief, I like him a lot. I loved getting to see all the guys and girls and how their relationships have evolved. I'm ready for Ben’s story next with Lizzy. There was also something that made me think foreshadowing about Jimmy and Lena but that might just be wishful thinking on my part.

I was anxiety ridden more than once and totally caught up on everything. The end just about killed me. I was pretty much holding my breath with tears in my eyes reading as fast as I could. I love when I get so invested that everything else around me fades away.

This story had the most fantastic build ever! I loved the overall story line and how it mixed into the Stage Dive series and I thought the pacing was great. There were bits of drama and lots of tension throughout. I just kept absorbing the details and couldn't read fast enough. A definite page turner. Such an excellent story!
