I had a blast reading this! This was a light, entertaining read that had me smiling the entire time. Be sure to check out Chase Lovett Wants Me!
A fluffy, insta-love, laugh out loud, college hockey romance.
Chase Lovett.
Star of my (unrequited) fantasies.
Hottest guy on campus.
Hockey god.
Too bad he has no idea who I am. Literally, I’m so invisible to him that he once sat on me in class.
No thanks to a fire in the dorms, he just became my accidental roommate.
Did I mention the hotel room our university moved us to has only one bed?
Not ideal.
Worse, I accidentally left “My Precious” fantasy fandomunderwear hanging to dry in our shower.
My actual nightmare.
My name is Cammie Lovelock and this might just be the worst, best thing that’s ever happened to me.
Chase Lovett Wants Me was such a fun, sweet read! Chase
was charming, and I loved Cammie and watching her come out of her shell. It was light
and entertaining with just the right amount of spice, and it had me smiling the
entire time. I loved all the Terror connections as well. I had a blast reading
this!
I loved how Chase and Cammie met, it was awkward and
adorable. I liked their instant (hello hot!) and how Chase was all in and in
hot pursuit of her. I loved how Cammie embraced the situation and put herself
out there with him. I liked her growth and gaining confidence, especially with
Chase by her side. They were cute together! I loved the sweetness and ease they
had with one another. They had fantastic chemistry and things definitely got
heated. There were a few growing pains but nothing stressful. It was just a
great read that left me feeling all the good things.
This story was a fast-paced and witty read, I loved the dual
POVs and the build. I liked their friends and am excited for more stories. I
was also thrilled about all the friend tie-ins with the Terror series, those
were woven in perfectly. Cammie writes Lord of the Rings fan fic, so there was quite
a bit of focus on that. It’s been a lot of years since I’ve seen those movies, and I had to stop and look up who the characters were because I kept getting
confused.
This was just what I needed! It was super fun with likable
characters set in a world I love. Totally entertaining with just the right
amount of heat blended in. I can’t wait for Mac and Fee’s story next.

Note: I Could Be Yours is a standalone story in the same world as the Toronto Terror universe and not part of the series, but there are connected characters.
Are you a read-in-order person? Let me know! I absolutely am. I'm always afraid I'll miss something if I don't start with the first book in a series.
