A charming British Playboy. A girl determined to finally live. And a secret liaison revealed in all too vivid color. Book two in the NYT Bestselling series.

Escaping a cheating ex, finance whiz Sara Dillon's moved to New York City and is looking for excitement without a lot of strings attached. So meeting the irresistible, sexy Brit at a dance club should have meant nothing more than a night's fun. But the manner--and speed--with which he melts her inhibitions turns him from a one-time hookup and into her Beautiful Stranger.

The whole city knows Max Stella loves women, not that he's ever found one he particularly wants to keep around. Despite pulling in plenty with his Wall Street bad boy charm, it's not until Sara--and the wild photos she lets him take of her--that he starts wondering if there's someone for him outside of the bedroom.

Hooking up in places where anybody could catch them, the only thing scarier for Sara than getting caught in public is having Max get too close in private.

5 out of 5 stars

This was such an excellent book. What a first meeting! Super freaking hot and sexy. I was hooked by the end of the first chapter.

I loved Sara and Max. Max Stella is the sweetest, sexiest guy ever (and my new British book boyfriend!). Watching him open up to Sara was just so endearing. I enjoyed Sara Dillon as well, she really grew on me. I liked her throughout but by the second half I loved her! Sara was so contained yet wild and playful at the same time… I totally got her. I really liked watching them both grow and come together. Their sweeter moments were just perfect.

This was a super steamy adult book with lots of adventures in the sex department. Holy wow! It was fun finding out what Max had up his sleeve next. And when I say hot, I mean scorching!

There were some really humorous parts throughout and I enjoyed Sara's assistant a lot. I was happy to see Bennett and Chloe in this book too (I loved them in Beautiful Bastard). The ending just about killed me but I love how everything played out… there might have been a giddy half cry involved on my part. I was so into all of it – loved it!

This book was written from Sara and Max’s POV’s and I loved getting to see both of them and their thought process. I am officially a huge Christina Lauren fan – they know how to tell one heck of a story! Can't wait to read more.
