Spotlight: Tell Me When by Stina Lindenblatt + Teaser and Excerpt

Tell Me When (Lost In You #1) by Stina Lindenblatt

Amber Scott should be enjoying life as a college freshman. She should be pursuing her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She should be working hard to make sense of her precalculus math class.

She shouldn't be waking up her college roommate with screaming nightmares. She shouldn't be flashing back, reliving the three weeks of hell she barely survived last year. And she definitely shouldn't be spending time with sexy player Marcus Reid.

But engineering student Marcus is the only one keeping Amber from failing her math course, so she grudgingly lets him into her life. She never expects the king of hookups will share his painful past. Or that she'll tell him her secrets in return, opening up and trusting him in a way she thought she'd never be able to again.

When their fragile future together is threatened by a stalker Amber thought was locked away for good, Marcus is determined to protect her—and Amber is determined to protect Marcus…even if that means pushing him away.

What Others Are Saying

TELL ME WHEN is an emotionally gratifying read. Amber's journey will move you and Marcus' story will grip your heart. Add in an ultra sexy hero, loads of tension, fantastic writing and an exceptional storyline and this becomes a must read new adult novel.--Christina Lee, Author of ALL OF YOU and BEFORE YOU BREAK

An addictive, gripping journey of hope, healing, and finding forgiveness. I could not put this book down! Both characters were raw and authentic, and the chemistry between them was off the charts. Marcus Reid is the ultimate book boyfriend.--Rachel Harris, Author of SEVEN DAY FIANCE

"I felt that even though the subject matter is a little over used, Tell Me When did it in a way that was rawer, darker and more realistic and that made it feel fresh and unique."—Bookish Treasures

"If you are looking for well written story that will take you on a ride of highs and lows of our human emotional states and of the good and the bad of what life is willing to offer, then I highly suggest you read this fantastic story!"--Biblio Belles Book Blog

“What about him?” She jerks her chin at the dark-haired guy who just entered the gym. The same dark-haired guy who offered to tutor me in math. Who’s she kidding? I doubt he even knows what pre-calculus is. Sex seems to be his subject of choice.

“Wouldn’t it be better if the tutor actually knows something about math?” I ask.

“I’m guessing he knows a thing or two, considering he’s an engineering student.”

I let out a choked laugh. “Where did you hear that?”

“From the guy I was dancing with last night. He and Marcus are in a class together.”

“You talking about Marcus Reid?” a girl on the treadmill next to me says, loud enough to be heard by half the people in the gym. Including Marcus.

I shoot her a look at the same time Jordan says “Yes.” Just what I don’t need—Marcus thinking I’m interested in him. Which I’m not.

“Do you know him?” Jordan asks, her voice competing with the loud hum of the treadmill and the pounding of our feet, while keeping quiet enough so Marcus can’t hear her.

“I’d say.” The girl’s expression hardens. “He’s amazing in bed, but don’t expect more than that. The guy’s got a reputation a mile long. He’s not looking to settle down.”

“Then he’s perfect,” Jordan exclaims.

I stare at her, mouth open. “Perfect for what?”

“Tutoring you. A hot tutor who’s great in bed—what more could you want?”

“You’re not serious, are you?”

Jordan laughs at my no-doubt shocked expression. “Of course not. You need a tutor who can help you with math, not one who’s so hot he’ll distract you from learning anything.”

Oh, good. She hasn’t gone completely insane.

“What about Brittany?”

I take it back. She is insane.
