Four Letter Word was my first book by J. Daniels and I was completely blown away! A must read for sure.

This was so amazing. Such a full, rich story with detailed characters full of passion and emotion. I was so mesmerized by the story and everything that was happening, I honestly feel blown away.
This was my first book by J. Daniels and beyond the synopsis, I had no idea what to expect. I was honestly hooked right from the beginning because I felt so captivated by how the story started. At 11% I had a oh wow! I didn't see that coming moment and pretty much was lost in this world until the end.
There is just so much anticipation between Sydney and Brian, so many things I was excited about happening and looking forward too. I was not disappointed. There is such a fantastic build as everything comes together and develops. So much passion, it's explosive. There's this deep pain that the characters have and I love how they open up to one another, healing and growing. There were just so many wonderful moments that had me loving Brian, thinking he was the sweetest man ever. This is one of those stories that's hard to say a lot without spoiling anything because just like I did, I think you need to read it and experience it for yourself. I laughed and cried, got a little steamed up, and smiled so big buy the end. It was all just fantastic.
I loved the secondary characters as well and can't wait for the next stories in the series. I am seriously hooked! The writing was incredible. Perfect build... I could feel all the tension and anticipation. I couldn't wait to learn the details of Brain’s back story and hung to every word. When all is revealed, it was truly heart wrenching, I felt so bad for him, I also completely understood some of his motivations. I loved him, he’s fantastic character. And Sydney, that girl was so sweet and open, wearing her heart in her sleeve. I loved watching her confidence grow in who she was and finding a family of her own. Brian and Sydney coming together was just so great. There were just so many unexpected things I didn't see coming and felt it was a unique story. Totally fresh and exciting to read.
I don't know what else to say besides you have to read this and experience it for yourself. It's just one of those reads with unforgettable characters, fantastic drama, passion, heat, and emotion that you have to immerse yourself in. Four Letter Word is not to be missed.
