I’m not going to lie, I’d totally love to hang out with both of them… and maybe have a drink or two (you ladies are invited to my house any time!!!).
Roman Crazy (Broads Abroad #1)

by Alice Clayton and Nina Bocci
Release Date: September 13, 2016
Marcello is a man from her past—the man, the one who got away. And now her past is colliding with her present, a present where she should be mourning the loss of her marriage and the life she once had and—hey, that fettuccine is delicious.
And so is Marcello…
Avery slips easily into the good life that is summertime in Rome. She spends her days exploring a city that would make art historians swoon, and her nights swooning over a whirlwind what was old is new again romance. It’s heady, it’s fevered, it’s wanton, and it’s crazy. But could it really be her life? Or is it just a temporary reprieve before returning to the land of twinset cardigans and crustless sandwiches?
(This is one of THE BEST first lines ever!!!)
… About ROMAN CRAZY …with Alice Clayton and Nina Bocci
2. Ninety-eight percent of it is set in Italy - all over, not just Rome
3. We don't have any one man that is Marcello. He's sort of a combo of a few (Simone Bredariol is one of them, Henry Cavill is another) but if we had to pick someone for Avery, Elizabeth Olsen is a good fit
4. It's hopefully the first of a series
5. It would make a great movie. Like, a really great one :p
6. When I didn't know how to say something in Italian I'd leave a note for Nina to find like usually went something like "HOW DO YOU SAY FUCK" OR "ANGRY ITALIAN WORDS"
7. That virtually everything I know about Rome I learned by watching Rick Steves
8. We're planning a trip to Rome next summer!
9. Marcello's family is in part based on Nina's parents
10. Nina wrote all the sex scenes ;)

NINA BOCCI is a novelist, publicist, eternal optimist, unabashed lipgloss enthusiast, constant apologist, and a hopeless romanticist. She has too many college degrees that she’s not using, and a Lego addiction that she blames on her son.
ALICE CLAYTON worked in the cosmetics industry for over a decade before picking up a pen (read laptop).
Now, about that Bernese Mountain dog.
