A Favor for a Favor (All In #2) by Helena Hunting
From the New York Times bestselling author of Pucked and A Lie for a Lie, a new stand-alone romance about trading favors, battling wills, and winning love.
When I joined Seattle’s NHL expansion team, I thought it was the start of something great. But nothing ever goes the way you expect. Take my introduction to my new neighbor. She came rolling in on the hot mess express at midnight, making a racket while she tried to get into my team captain’s apartment. Did I mention that he’s married to a woman who definitely was not her?
Imagine my surprise when I end up with an injury that has me out of the game for weeks, and she’s the one to offer to help me. I should probably add that she’s not the captain’s mistress. She’s his sexy, pastel-haired younger sister.
So we come up with an arrangement: she rehabs me so that I can get back on the ice sooner, and she can add a professional athlete that isn’t her brother to her client list. Seems simple enough. As long as I can keep my hands to myself and my hormones in check.

A Favor for a Favor is officially one of my
favorite books of 2020! I was hooked from the first page. I loved Bishop
and Stevie so much! Incredibly entertaining with the perfect amount of verbal sparring,
flirting, and fun.
Stevie and Bishop were the best. I found Stevie so
incredibly relatable from the start. I thought she and Bishop had an amazing
first meeting. He's all grumpy and attitude and they’re both a bit snarky and I
was instantly in love with them. He's got a playfulness to him underneath
everything and I adored it. I loved the situation Stevie and Bishop were in
with their back and forth sparring and antagonism, it was so fantastic with
some seriously great one-liners. When things turn into a favor for a favor,
I was thrilled. I was filled with so much anticipation every time they got
together and couldn't wait to find out what would happen next. I loved the
sparks flying between them, that building heat that was waiting to escape. When
it does, it was cold shower inducing hot!
There are several different relationships happening that had
me completely invested. I loved RJ in the first book so in this one, in
overprotective brother mode, it's a completely different side of him. Meeting
Kingston was awesome, he's so strait-laced. After reading the synopsis for his
book, I can’t wait to dive in. I loved seeing some characters from the Pucked
series and how everything was connected. I thought it was extremely well done. I
loved how everything developed and the timeline in which everything took place.
It flowed so well with the incredible details and an excellent build. There's
a bit of drama, a whole lot of fun (I laughed out loud more times than I can
count), a nice amount of emotion, some awesome sexiness, and a whole lot of
love.
This book, this book right here is why Helena Hunting
will forever be a favorite of mine! Here's to olives and pineapples,
underwear with hilarious sayings, and finding your bae. It was just incredibly
entertaining to read.

The Pucked Series
Note: The All In series is a spinoff of the Pucked series. The characters in the All In Series are introduced in various Pucked books. That being said, they can be read in any order. I normally am all about reading in order but somehow read these books out of order and still loved them all. Each book is completely standalone.
