Book Review: Wild Fire (Chaos #6.5) by Kristen Ashley

Wild Fire was fast-paced, fun, exciting, and oh so sweet. I loved Dutch and Georgie and watching them come together. I pretty much picked this one up and didn't put it back down. I can't wait for Jagger's story next. :-)

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Kristen Ashley brings a new story in her Chaos series…

“You know you can’t keep a good brother down.”

The Chaos Motorcycle Club has won its war. But not every brother rode into the sunset with his woman on the back of his bike.

Chaos returns with the story of Dutch Black, a man whose father was the moral compass of the Club, until he was murdered. And the man who raised Dutch protected the Club at all costs. That combination is the man Dutch is intent on becoming.

It’s also the man that Dutch is going to go all out to give to his woman.

**Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it’s an introduction to an author’s world. And for fans, it’s a bonus book in the author’s series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.**

5 out of 5 stars

Wild Fire was a fantastic read! I loved Dutch and Georgiana so much. This was fast-paced, incredibly entertaining, all kinds of sexy, and super sweet! Excellent addition to the Chaos series.

Dutch and Georgiana’s first meeting was awesome. They did not get off on the right foot and I loved that fight between them. Even more, I loved them working it out, softening, and the growing attraction between them. I adored Georgie, she knew who she was and went after what she wanted and I loved her inner strength. Dutch was the best, a total badass, and totally sweet. He truly is the best of Black and Hound. He’s a bit lost and I enjoyed learning about his struggles and him finding his way. This story was filled with heartfelt moments, a bit of emotion, a lot of fun, and some seriously superb banter.

There were so many amazing characters involved and I loved seeing all my favorites from past stories. I loved Georgie meeting Chaos as well as Dutch’s family. There were countless scenes that made me extremely happy. I loved getting a slice of Jagger as well and am thrilled for his story. I’m very excited about the path that Chaos is on and I am thrilled about this new chapter for them. I loved being introduced to a new character named Hugger. He was so intriguing and definitely needs his own story!

This was well written with a great flow, awesome details, and a fantastic build. Not only was there a wonderful romance happening, there was also an excellent suspense element mixed in that kept it exciting and I loved that added drama. I adored a side story taking place with Dutch and how that affected him. There was so much emotion and healing happening, I liked the bits of closure it brought. There was a really nice amount of humor added as well, the cat, Murtaugh, stole the show.

Wild Fire was another exceptional story set in the Chaos world! Bring on Wild Wind!
