I started several audio books this month but even though they were favorite reads, I just couldn’t focus on them with so much going on. So, I stepped out side of my comfort zone and did something I’d never done before. I listened to a podcast. Y’all, I have a new addiction!
I listened to the The Story Bites Podcast hosted by Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby and loved it. I quickly downloaded the Stitcher app and added several others that I’m looking forward to trying out.
Do you listen to podcasts? Let me know in the comments.
The holidays have come and gone, it was a crazy awesome whirl wind and I loved every second. I had all my kids home, extra dogs added into the mix, and a lot going on (as we all did I’m sure) and I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful time. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and holiday celebration!
I took a little over a week off from blogging and social media to spend time with everyone and recharge and I have to say, it was a much needed break. Now I’m back at it and raring to go. I’ve got a few things planned that I’m excited about so stay tuned! Nothing too crazy, definitely more book awesomeness but also some new features I’m planning on doing and some I’m bringing back in an altered format.
My Favorite Reads List of 2018 is coming soon and I’m so excited to share. I’ve had the list for a while now, I’m just working on my post. I read so many amazing books this year, it was hard to narrow them all down.
I’ve got my new planner all set up and bought myself some stickers to pretty it up so I’m ready to kick 2019’s ass! Last year I found a Bloom Daily Planner to use so I went that route again. It’s just the right size for me, fits perfectly on my desk, and it’s super cute too with it’s coffee themed!
Happy 2019! I wish you all the best in the new year!
