This was an awesome read! Fast-paced, seriously sexy, with lots of ups and downs and I couldn’t wait to find out what happened next.

I liked Elizabeth and Gavin a lot. I actually didn't think I'd end up liking Elizabeth as much as I did since she made some bad choices in book one of the series (The Perfect Play) but I really, really did. I liked learning about her and how she felt about Gavin. I liked her making up for past mistakes and seeing her vulnerable side. I liked Gavin and this sexy commanding vibe he had going on and how his feelings for Elizabeth emerged. They could both be pretty stubborn which made for a nice amount of drama, a bit of emotion, a lot of arguing and making up, and a lot of heat. There was a big push and pull happening and sometimes it got a bit old but I always enjoyed them coming back together. Together they were extremely hot, lots of sexy times ensued as true feelings start to form.

This was a great story. It could be a bit fast-paced at times but overall, I enjoyed the flow and the dual POVs mixed in. I thought the descriptions were good and there was a decent build. It wasn't super in-depth or overly-detailed but there was definitely enough pulled me in and keep me invested. I thought this was a well-rounded, entertaining story. The entertaining aspect is what really did it for me too. Before I knew it, hours had flown by because I was enjoying it. Fun and sexy for the win!
